Derek Dubner is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of red violet and has served as the Chief Executive Officer since inception. Mr. Dubner has over 20 years of experience in the data and analytics industry, building leading information management companies.

Mr. Dubner’s prior roles include General Counsel of TransUnion after it acquired substantially all of the assets of TLO, an information solutions provider, in December of 2013. Mr. Dubner was the General Counsel of TLO from inception to sale. Previous roles include Vice President and Associate Group Counsel at Equifax, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Naviant (internet marketing company acquired by Equifax), and Corporate Counsel at Seisint (information solutions provider acquired by RELX’s LexisNexis).

Mr. Dubner holds a B.S. in Economics/Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.

James Reilly has served as President of red violet since inception. Mr. Reilly has served in an executive management capacity within the data fusion industry for the last ten years, with over 20 years of executive experience in data markets.

Previously, Mr. Reilly served as an executive with TLO, an information solutions provider, and was responsible for building revenue from start-up to sale to TransUnion. Additionally, Mr. Reilly was responsible for all customer facing departments, the company’s strategic initiatives, and relationship management of key strategic partners and distributors.

Chief Financial Officer
Dan MacLachlan has served as Chief Financial Officer of red violet since inception. Mr. MacLachlan brings over 15 years of experience as the chief financial officer of data-driven technology companies.

Mr. MacLachlan’s prior roles include Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at TransUnion after it acquired substantially all of the assets of TLO, an information solutions provider, in December 2013. Mr. MacLachlan was the Chief Financial Officer of TLO from inception to sale. Prior to TLO, Mr. MacLachlan served as the Chief Financial Officer of JARI Research Corporation, a partnership with the Mayo Clinic advancing proprietary cancer therapeutic technologies using targeted radioactive therapy. Prior to JARI, Mr. MacLachlan was a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), specializing in the criminal investigation of public corruption and civil rights violations, including government fraud, election fraud, foreign corrupt practices, hate crimes and human trafficking.

Mr. MacLachlan holds a B.S. in Business and Finance from Nova Southeastern University, a B.B.A. in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Jeff Dell
Chief Information Officer
Jeff Dell is the Chief Information Officer of red violet. Mr. Dell brings over 30 years of experience in IT and information security, working as an executive within data-driven companies for the last 20 years.

Prior to joining red violet in 2015, Mr. Dell was the founder and CEO of Activeworx, Inc., an information security data analytics company, which was acquired by Tripwire, Inc. Previous roles include Chief Information Security Officer at TLO (acquired by TransUnion) and at Seisint (acquired by RELX’s LexisNexis). In the past, Mr. Dell was an instructor for SANS, an information security training organization, where he taught hacking techniques and packet analysis. He has been an Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) member since early 2000 and is a founding member of the ISSA South Florida Chapter. A published author, Mr. Dell has traveled the world speaking about information security.

Mr. Dell holds a B.S. in Business from Arizona State University and has achieved the GCIA and CISSP in addition to numerous other certifications.

Chief Technology Officer
Angus Macnab is the Chief Technology Officer of red violet. Mr. Macnab brings over 15 years of experience in data science, engineering, and scientific computing.

Since joining red violet in 2015, Mr. Macnab has held various roles within the company and has built and designed significant portions of the company’s data fusion, entity resolution, and data matching capabilities. Previous roles at red violet include Senior Vice President of Data Science and Engineering and Vice President of Analytics and Seattle Operations. Mr. Macnab’s past achievements include sitting on the executive board of the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center (NERSC), an honorable mention for the 2005 Gordon Bell Award for outstanding achievement in high-performance computing, and numerous peer-reviewed publications and invited presentations at conferences, universities and national laboratories.

Mr. Macnab received his Ph.D. in computational physics in 2003 from William and Mary and has completed post-doctoral fellowships at the University of Maryland’s Center for Scientific Computation and Mathematical Modeling and the University of Washington’s Plasma Science and Innovation Center.

Jim Greenwell
General Manager, Identity
Jim Greenwell is a General Manager at red violet, leading its Identity division. Mr. Greenwell brings deep experience in the digital identity and mobility space, working as an executive and adviser to leading identity management and information solutions providers.

Prior to joining red violet in 2021, Mr. Greenwell served as an executive adviser to Thomson Reuters (NYSE: TRI) and AuthenticID, as well as serving on the advisory boards of Prove and Gravy Analytics. Mr. Greenwell is the former CEO of Danal, Inc., having led the company’s growth and innovation within the mobile identity and authentication space for over a decade through its sale to Boku, Inc. (LON: BOKU) in 2019. During his tenure, Mr. Greenwell created successful global partnerships and enduring customer relationships in a broad range of industries, including financial services, government, e-commerce, and wireless. One World Identity recognized Mr. Greenwell as one of the top four CEOs in Identity and Authentication in 2018 and one of the “Top 100 Influencers in Identity” in 2019.

Prior to Danal, Mr. Greenwell was CEO and President at ACE*COMM Corporation (NASDAQ: ACEC) focusing on Telecom OSS/BSS software. Prior to ACE*COMM, Mr. Greenwell was the COO/SVP of the Americas and AsiaPac for LCC International where he grew the mobile network design business. Mr. Greenwell began his career as a Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army where he served in Northern Iraq and Turkey as part of the Kurdish Relief effort following Desert Storm.

Mr. Greenwell holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.

Lisa Stanton

Lisa Stanton has served as a director since August 2021. Ms. Stanton currently serves on the Board of Directors of Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of The Washington Trust Company, the oldest community bank in the United States and largest state-chartered bank headquartered in Rhode Island. Ms. Stanton previously served on the Board of Directors of Trulioo, a global identity verification provider based in Vancouver, Canada, from January 2020 until July 2021. Additionally, Ms. Stanton served as a member of the Venture Investments Board and as an advisor to the IT Resilience and Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors of Nationwide Building Society, a financial institution in London, England from September 2016 through December 2019.

Ms. Stanton has more than 25 years of financial services, technology and data security experience, most recently serving as General Manager, Enterprise Strategy for American Express from December 2018 through her retirement in April 2020. From 2014 through 2016, Ms. Stanton served as Chief Executive Officer for InAuth, a digital security solutions provider to global financial institutions. Following the acquisition of InAuth by American Express in 2016, Ms. Stanton continued serving as InAuth’s President through 2018. Ms. Stanton was the founder of the U.S. division of Monitise, a mobile banking and payments platform for financial institutions, where Ms. Stanton served as Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2009, General Manager of the London-based Monitise Group from 2009 to 2013 and President, Americas from 2013 to 2014. Ms. Stanton also served as a Senior Vice President for Citizens Financial Group from 1996 to 2007 and First New Hampshire Bank from 1991 to 1996, holding leadership roles in real estate; venture capital; retail distribution; digital, mobile and online channels; and card and payments products. She began her career as a commercial real estate broker, attaining the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Steven D. Rubin

Steven Rubin has served as a director since the March 2018 spin-off of red violet from information and digital performance marketing solutions provider, cogint. Mr. Rubin served as a director of cogint (and its predecessor companies) from October 2009 until March 2018. Mr. Rubin has served as the Executive Vice President of OPKO since May 2007 and a director of OPKO since February 2007.

Mr. Rubin currently serves on the board of directors of ChromaDex Corp., an innovator of proprietary health, wellness and nutritional ingredients that creates science-based solutions for dietary supplement, food and beverage, skin care, sports nutrition, and pharmaceutical products, since March 2017, VBI Vaccines, Inc., a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical which develops, produces and markets biological products for human healthcare, since October 2012, Kidville, Inc., which operates large, upscale facilities, catering to newborns through five-year-old children and their families and offers a wide range of developmental classes for newborns to five-year-olds, since August 2008, Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems, Inc., a medical device company, since 2008, Cocrystal Pharma, Inc., a clinical stage biotechnology company developing new treatments for viral diseases, since January 2014, Eloxx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel RNA modulating drug candidates that are designed to treat rare and ultra-rare premature stop codon diseases since May 2014, Castle Brands, Inc., a developer and marketer of premium brand spirits, since January 2009.

Peter Benz has served as a director since the March 2018 spin-off of red violet from information and digital performance marketing solutions provider, cogint. Mr. Benz has served as a director of cogint since March 2015. Mr. Benz is the Chief Executive Officer of Viking Asset Management, LLC, an asset and investment management company which he founded in 2001. Since June 2016, Mr. Benz has served as a director of Lilis Energy Inc., an onshore oil and natural gas exploration and production company. From January 2012 until its merger with Lilis Energy Inc. in June 2016, Mr. Benz served as a director of Brushy Resources, Inc. (formerly known as Starboard Resources, Inc.), an onshore oil and natural gas exploration and production company, and became its Chairman on November 24, 2015.

Mr. Benz also serves as a director of Usell.com, a technology based online market place, since October 2014. Mr. Benz served as a director and Chairman of the Board of Optex Systems Holdings, Inc., a manufacturer of optical systems for the defense industry from November 2014 until August 2017.

Robert Swayman

Robert Swayman has served as a director since the March 2018 spin-off of red violet from information and digital performance marketing solutions provider, cogint. Mr. Swayman served as a director of cogint from June 2015 until March 2018. From 1998 to 2014, Mr. Swayman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of National Alarm Systems, Inc., a company he founded in 1998, prior to its sale in January 2014. From January 2014 through February 2015, Mr. Swayman served as General Manager of ASG Security, which acquired National Alarm Systems.

Mr. Swayman served as a director of Vapor Corp., a U.S.-based distributor and retailer of vaporizers, e-liquids and electronic cigarettes, from March 4, 2015 to April 17, 2015, and as an employee of Vapor Corp. since April 17, 2015 providing financial and business advice. Mr. Swayman is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
