Derek Dubner is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of red violet and has served as the Chief Executive Officer since inception. Mr. Dubner has over 20 years of experience in the data and analytics industry, building leading information management companies.

Mr. Dubner’s prior roles include General Counsel of TransUnion after it acquired substantially all of the assets of TLO, an information solutions provider, in December of 2013. Mr. Dubner was the General Counsel of TLO from inception to sale. Previous roles include Vice President and Associate Group Counsel at Equifax, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Naviant (internet marketing company acquired by Equifax), and Corporate Counsel at Seisint (information solutions provider acquired by RELX’s LexisNexis).

Mr. Dubner holds a B.S. in Economics/Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.

James Reilly has served as President of red violet since inception. Mr. Reilly has served in an executive management capacity within the data fusion industry for the last ten years, with over 20 years of executive experience in data markets.

Previously, Mr. Reilly served as an executive with TLO, an information solutions provider, and was responsible for building revenue from start-up to sale to TransUnion. Additionally, Mr. Reilly was responsible for all customer facing departments, the company’s strategic initiatives, and relationship management of key strategic partners and distributors.

Chief Financial Officer
Dan MacLachlan has served as Chief Financial Officer of red violet since inception. Mr. MacLachlan brings over 15 years of experience as the chief financial officer of data-driven technology companies.

Mr. MacLachlan’s prior roles include Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at TransUnion after it acquired substantially all of the assets of TLO, an information solutions provider, in December 2013. Mr. MacLachlan was the Chief Financial Officer of TLO from inception to sale. Prior to TLO, Mr. MacLachlan served as the Chief Financial Officer of JARI Research Corporation, a partnership with the Mayo Clinic advancing proprietary cancer therapeutic technologies using targeted radioactive therapy. Prior to JARI, Mr. MacLachlan was a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), specializing in the criminal investigation of public corruption and civil rights violations, including government fraud, election fraud, foreign corrupt practices, hate crimes and human trafficking.

Mr. MacLachlan holds a B.S. in Business and Finance from Nova Southeastern University, a B.B.A. in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Jeff Dell
Chief Information Officer
Jeff Dell is the Chief Information Officer of red violet. Mr. Dell brings over 30 years of experience in IT and information security, working as an executive within data-driven companies for the last 20 years.

Prior to joining red violet in 2015, Mr. Dell was the founder and CEO of Activeworx, Inc., an information security data analytics company, which was acquired by Tripwire, Inc. Previous roles include Chief Information Security Officer at TLO (acquired by TransUnion) and at Seisint (acquired by RELX’s LexisNexis). In the past, Mr. Dell was an instructor for SANS, an information security training organization, where he taught hacking techniques and packet analysis. He has been an Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) member since early 2000 and is a founding member of the ISSA South Florida Chapter. A published author, Mr. Dell has traveled the world speaking about information security.

Mr. Dell holds a B.S. in Business from Arizona State University and has achieved the GCIA and CISSP in addition to numerous other certifications.

Chief Technology Officer
Angus Macnab is the Chief Technology Officer of red violet. Mr. Macnab brings over 15 years of experience in data science, engineering, and scientific computing.

Since joining red violet in 2015, Mr. Macnab has held various roles within the company and has built and designed significant portions of the company’s data fusion, entity resolution, and data matching capabilities. Previous roles at red violet include Senior Vice President of Data Science and Engineering and Vice President of Analytics and Seattle Operations. Mr. Macnab’s past achievements include sitting on the executive board of the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center (NERSC), an honorable mention for the 2005 Gordon Bell Award for outstanding achievement in high-performance computing, and numerous peer-reviewed publications and invited presentations at conferences, universities and national laboratories.

Mr. Macnab received his Ph.D. in computational physics in 2003 from William and Mary and has completed post-doctoral fellowships at the University of Maryland’s Center for Scientific Computation and Mathematical Modeling and the University of Washington’s Plasma Science and Innovation Center.

Lisa Stanton

Lisa Stanton has served as a director of red violet since August 2021. Ms. Stanton currently serves on the board of directors of Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of The Washington Trust Company, the oldest community bank in the United States.

Ms. Stanton previously served on the Board of Directors of Trulioo Information Services, Inc., a global identity verification provider based in Vancouver, Canada, from January 2020 until July 2021. Ms. Stanton served as a member of the Venture Investments Board and as an advisor to the IT Resilience and Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors of Nationwide Building Society, a financial institution in London, England from September 2016 through December 2019.

Ms. Stanton has more than 25 years of financial services, technology and data security experience, most recently serving as General Manager, Enterprise Strategy for American Express from December 2018 through her retirement in April 2020. Ms. Stanton served as Chief Executive Officer for InAuth, Inc., a digital security solutions provider to global financial institutions, which was acquired by American Express in 2016.

Previously, Ms. Stanton was the founder of the U.S. division of Monitise Group Limited, a mobile banking and payments platform for financial institutions, where Ms. Stanton served as Chief Executive Officer. While at Monitise Group, Ms. Stanton also served in the roles of General Manager and President, Americas. Ms. Stanton served as a Senior Vice President for Citizens Financial Group and First New Hampshire Bank.

Steven D. Rubin

Steven Rubin has served as a director of red violet since its March 2018 spin-off from information and digital performance marketing solutions provider, cogint. Mr. Rubin served as a director of cogint (and its predecessor companies) from October 2009 until March 2018.

Mr. Rubin has served as the Executive Vice President of OPKO Health, Inc. (“OPKO”) since May 2007 and a director of OPKO since February 2007. Previously, Mr. Rubin served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of IVAX Corporation.

Mr. Rubin currently serves on the board of directors of Cocrystal Pharma, Inc., Eloxx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Neovasc, Inc., and ChromaDex Corp. Mr. Rubin previously served as a director of Fluent, Inc., Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems, Inc., VBI Vaccines, Inc., BioCardia, Inc., Kidville, Inc., Dreams, Inc., and Castle Brands, Inc.

Peter Benz has served as a director of red violet since its March 2018 spin-off from information and digital performance marketing solutions provider, cogint. Mr. Benz served as a director of cogint from March 2015 until March 2018.

Previously, Mr. Benz served as the Chief Executive Officer of Viking Asset Management, LLC, an asset and investment management company, which he founded in 2001 until December 2021. From March 2018 until April 2020, Mr. Benz served as a director of Fluent, Inc. From December 2020 until May 2021, Mr. Benz served as a director of Marathon Digital Holdings, Inc., a digital asset technology company that mines cryptocurrency. Mr. Benz previously served as a director of Lilis Energy Inc., Brushy Resources, Inc. (formerly known as Starboard Resources, Inc.), Usell.com, and Optex Systems Holdings, Inc.

William (Bill) Livek
Independent Director

William (Bill) Livek has served as a director of red violet since January 2024. Mr. Livek has served as Vice Chairman of comScore, Inc. (“Comscore”), a media measurement and analytics company, since January 2016. Mr. Livek served as Comscore’s Chief Executive Officer from November 2019 to July 2022, as a Special Advisor to the CEO from June 2018 to November 2019, and its President from January 2016 to May 2018. He previously served as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rentrak Corporation ("Rentrak"), a media measurement and consumer targeting company, where he led the effort of building Rentrak into a $1 billion market capitalization company before merging Comscore into Rentrak in January 2016.

Prior to Rentrak, Mr. Livek was founder and Chief Executive Officer of Symmetrical Capital; Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances and International Expansion, of Experian Information Solutions, Inc., and co-President of Experian Research Services.

Mr. Livek currently serves on the board of directors of Adstra, Civic Science, The Covenant House, and the Advertising Research Foundation.
